Where Can I Use My H&M Gift Card?
An H&M gift card can be used in the country where it was purchased at any H&M or H&M HOME store. It allows for both full and partial payments. When used, the amount is deducted from the card, and the remaining balance is shown on your receipt.
How Do I Use an H&M Gift Card?
At checkout, simply choose “Add gift card.” Then, enter the gift card number and PIN in the prompt. You can use the gift card to pay for your full order online or combine it with other payment methods.
Do H&M Gift Cards Expire?
H&M gift cards are valid for three years from the last activation or purchase date. After this period, the card cannot be used for purchases or reactivated, and any unused balance cannot be refunded. The card can be used until the balance reaches zero.
Does H&M Offer Refunds?
Refunds are processed within 30 days from the date of receiving returned items (with tags still attached), excluding any delivery fees. To ensure smooth processing, make sure your bank details are saved in your H&M account so the refund can be sent directly to your bank account.
